1. Introduction

Apptive Labs built System Report as a free, ad-supported Android application that provides hardware and system information about your device. This page explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.

2. Device Data Accessed

System Report reads information directly from your device's hardware and OS to display it to you in the app. This includes:

• CPU architecture, core count, clock speeds
• RAM capacity and usage
• Storage capacity and availability
• Battery capacity, temperature, voltage, and charge status
• Sensor list (accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.)
• Device manufacturer, model, and Android version
• Network interface information

This data is displayed within the app and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Data We Collect for Analytics

• App activity: Which screens you visit and features you use — to improve the app.
• App performance & crash data: Error logs to fix bugs.
• Device or other IDs: Advertising identifiers (for AdMob ads).
• Location (approximate): Coarse location may be accessed by AdMob to serve relevant regional ads. This is not precise location and is not used by us directly.

4. Permissions Explained

• READ_PHONE_STATE: Used to read device hardware identifiers for the system info display.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / WIFI_STATE: Used to display network interface information.
• BATTERY_STATS: Used to display battery health data.
• INTERNET: Required for loading ads and sending anonymous analytics.

5. Advertising

System Report displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and approximate location to serve relevant ads. To opt out, visit your device's Google Settings → Ads.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not store your hardware data on our servers. Analytics data is retained per Firebase's default retention policy. To request deletion, contact support@apptivelabs.com.

8. Children's Privacy

System Report is rated for ages 3+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
