1. Introduction

Apptive Labs ("we", "us", or "our") built Pocket Palette as a free, ad-supported app with optional Pro subscription. This page explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use Pocket Palette.

2. Information We Collect

App activity: Features used, palettes generated, screens visited — to improve the app experience.
App performance data: Crash reports and error logs — to fix bugs quickly.
Device or other IDs: Advertising identifiers for serving relevant ads (AdMob).
Camera/Photos access: Only when you choose to extract a palette from a photo. Images are processed on-device and not uploaded to our servers.

We do not collect or store your generated color palettes on our servers. All palette data is stored locally on your device.

3. AI Palette Generator

When using the AI Palette Generator (Pro feature), your text prompt is sent to our AI provider to generate a color palette. Prompts are not stored beyond the immediate request.

4. Advertising

The free version of Pocket Palette contains ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings (Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation).

5. In-App Purchases (Pro Subscription)

Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your palette data lives entirely on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of any analytics data, contact us at support@apptivelabs.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Pocket Palette is rated for ages 12+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
